The commercial director and his staff are responsible for the planning, organisation and controlling of all economic, administrative and technical matters. Whether capital investments or project planning, the hospital kitchen, park design and park care, computer and electric power supply or safety arrangements – the commercial department is the centre of all decisions. Furthermore they see to the provision and maintenance of the necessary medical technology and to the purchase and the distribution of commodities for the everyday operation of the hospital.

The commercial director puts particular importance on the aim that all organisational units are linked as well as possible with each other in the commercial department.
